What is Spinshare?
Spinshare is where producers monetize their vault and collaborate without the chaos. Instead of one-time loop pack sales, you turn your existing Drive into a monthly subscription. Whitelisted collaborators get in free. Everyone else pays you monthly.
How does Spinshare protect my files?
Access is tied to a Spinshare account. A drop only opens for people who subscribed, paid, or got whitelisted by you, and you can cut that access off. Dropbox drops play in our streaming player, so your crew comes through your page instead of you handing a folder link around. Nothing online is leak-proof, but a drop is a lot harder to forward than a raw link.
Do I need Dropbox?
Yes for the streaming player, snippet generator, and CD-case share page. Other providers (Google Drive, MEGA, WeTransfer, MediaFire) work as raw drop hosts. The download link just redirects out.
Is Spinshare free to use?
Yes. Creating a page is free, and a free account pays a 10% platform fee on what it sells. On Pro we take 0%. Two costs sit outside that, so you know them upfront: buyers pay a flat $0.60 checkout fee on paid transactions, added on top of your price instead of taken out of it, and Stripe's card processing applies the same as on any sale you make anywhere.
Do I keep the rights to my loops?
Yes. 100% ownership stays with you. Spinshare never claims or licenses your work.
Who sets the royalty splits with subscribers?
You do. Spinshare doesn't set terms. You define and communicate your splits directly.
What do I get with Spinshare Pro?
Send WAV, FLAC and ZIP in Labchat instead of MP3 only, with files up to 1.5 GB. Unlimited drops instead of five. A custom URL on every drop you share. Highlighted drops and limited-time offers, full analytics, custom Lab themes, early access to new features, and priority support. And once you are earning, a 0% platform fee instead of 10%.
