Payments & subscriptions

Stripe locks the language to your country and won't change it after setup. Disconnect and reconnect to reset it.

  1. Open Dashboard → Integrations.
  2. Click Disconnect Stripe.
  3. Click Connect Stripe again.
  4. On Stripe's first screen, confirm your country.

The Subscribe button only appears once Stripe is fully set up and you've set a price.

  1. Finish Stripe onboarding from Dashboard → Integrations.
  2. Set a monthly price greater than $0 in Subscription settings.
  3. Refresh your profile page.

Still no Subscribe button after that? Email support@spinshare.pro.

Paid drops stay as drafts until your Stripe account can accept charges.

  1. Go to Dashboard → Integrations and finish Stripe onboarding.
  2. Wait for Charges enabled to show next to Stripe.
  3. Open the drop, save it once. The DRAFT badge clears.

Storage & Dropbox

That Dropbox account is connected to a different Spinshare account. Free it first, then reconnect here.

  1. Sign out of this Spinshare account.
  2. Log in to the other account that has Dropbox linked.
  3. Open Dashboard → Integrations and click Disconnect Dropbox.
  4. Log back in here, then Connect Dropbox.

Reconnect Dropbox.

  1. Open Dashboard → Integrations.
  2. Click Connect Dropbox.
  3. Refresh your profile page.

The Dropbox folder linked to this drop is empty, or the files were renamed or moved.

  1. Open the folder in Dropbox.
  2. Make sure your files are there with their original names.
  3. Refresh the Spinshare drop page.

If the folder is correct and the drop is still empty, email support@spinshare.pro.

Account & access

Codes are single-use. Once redeemed, they can't be moved between accounts.

  1. If you haven't accepted yet: click Not you? on the redeem screen and log in with the right account.
  2. If the code was already redeemed on the wrong account: ask the sender for a fresh invite.

Pro normally turns on within a second. If your sidebar still says Free:

  1. Hard-refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R).
  2. If it still says Free, sign out and log back in.

Still not on Pro? Email support@spinshare.pro with your account email.

Reset it from the login page. Takes about a minute.

  1. Go to login and click Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your email and check your inbox.
  3. Click the reset link and set a new password.

No reset email after a minute? Check spam, then email support@spinshare.pro.

Refresh the page.

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. If the email was wrong, restart signup with the correct address. A new code goes out automatically.

Profile pages are cached briefly so they load fast. Force a fresh fetch:

  1. Hard-refresh your profile (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R).
  2. If it still looks old, wait 60 seconds and refresh again.
